ARTICLE I “ NAME, IDENTITY, AND STRUCTURE

Sec 1. Name.  Libertarian Party of Allen County (Indiana), hereinafter referred to as
the œLPAC .

Sec 2. Structure.  The LPAC is a political organization constituted by its membership
and is affiliated (see Art VII, Sec X) with the Libertarian Party of Indiana, hereinafter
referred to as the œLPIN �.

Sec 3. Bona Fide Party.  The LPAC is a bona fide political party under the laws of
the State of Indiana and is authorized to receive political contributions.  The LPAC
accepts political contributions in its name.

Sec 4. Device.  The official device of the LPAC and all of its candidates nominated
shall be a monochrome silhouette of the Statue of Liberty, a symbol which is also
known as Lady Liberty.

Sec 5. Address.  The mailing address of the LPAC shall be designated as the
address of the current treasurer of the LPAC.  The current mailing address of the
LPAC is: Aaron Rollins, 318 Arcadia Court, Fort Wayne, Indiana, 46808-3994.  
This section shall be amended as necessary.
